When we look forward,God said: "THE GOLD AND SILVER IS MINE". Sometimes we make a mistake by thinking that the pastors want our money when they told us to give our tithe.LET'S FACE THE TRUTH THAT GOD DOES NOT WANT OUR MONEY,BUT HE WANT TO BLESS US. eg;when the contractor put the pipe of a water from the dam through the mountain to village where there are thousands of people who live there,who needs
that water.The work of a pipe is to carry that water.God the Might is a contractor is the One who have created all the people,the people in the village is all people around the globe,the water in that pipe is money, Us who we believe in the name of the Lord we are the pipe who have to carry that money.IN OTHER WORDS WE ARE COMMUNICATOR BETWEEN THE LORD AND THE UNIVERSE.When God gave to us and we give back our tithing,He will give us more,and the more He gave,the more we give our tithe,
the more people will get help.(Hagai 2:8).

we read about tithe offering in the Bible.We don't know when this ministry begin.As all of us know that tithe is 10% of everything we get it may be salary,gift,etc. WE READ THAT ABRAHAM WHEN HE CAME FROM RESCUING HIS BRETHREN LOT AND OTHER PEOPLE OF SODOM & GOMORRAH FROM THEIR ENEMIES,HE WAS WELCOMED BY KING MELCHIZEDEK OF JERUSALEM,HE WAS A PRIEST OF GOD MOST HIGH.HE CAME WITH BREAD AND WINE,TO GIVE ABRAHAM AND THE PEOPLE WHO WAS WITH ABRAHAM.'THEN HE BLESSED ABRAHAM IN THE NAME OF GOD THE ALMIGHTY'.THEN ABRAHAM GAVE HIM A TENTH OF EVERYTHING HE GOT,THEN LEAVE THE PRIEST PEACEFULY.An amazing teaching.Abraham became Lord friend but he continue to be a tither.Even when the Lord was not giving him a child,
but he was still a faithfully tither. Tithing is the way we can keep our relationship between us and and God alive.By tithing we commit ourselves as God workers. (Genesis 14:18-20)

.The city of Sodom and Gomorrow,where Abraham's brethren Lot,have lived.Was attacked and captivated by their enemies.When Abraham hear the story take 318 man.And follow those people,and defeat them.Take Lot and his neighbour back to their place.And when God plan to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah,told Abraham about his plan.Abraham then begin to pray for people of Sodom and Gomorrah,asking God mercy on behalf of the people those cities.But because the people were frustrate God with their action,because man have made love with another man.So there was no-one who have received God mercy,only Lot and his family.'ABRAHAM MADE A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR US TO FOLLOW.BUT HOW WE ACT TO HELP OUR FELLOW BROTHERS & SISTERS,TO TEACH THEM ABOUT THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS CHRIST'.If we said we follow Abraham as our father in believing,we need to be an intercessor by praying for others & telling them about the mercy of our Lord Jesus.
